“Hand in Hand hasn't only helped our family get enough sleep again, it changed my whole life.”

I found Hand in Hand when my first kid was about a year old and I was desperately looking for ways to get her to sleep that didn't involve letting her cry it out. And Hand in Hand hasn't only helped our family get enough sleep again, it changed my whole life.

“I got my evenings back.”

When my daughter was about 9 months old she was sleeping very badly. She was breastfeeding and every time she fell asleep and I tried to leave the room she would wake up crying and take ages to settle.
After attending a Hand in Hand talk that very night I implemented some changes to bedtime and she slept for 4 hours straight. I got my evenings back. Since we've used Hand in Hand for many other challenges and it always amazes me how effective it is.
